JUDGE ISSUE A PRODUCTION WARRANT AGAINST NAIRA MARLEY.

 



Judge On The 5th Of October Issued A Warrant Of Arrest Against Naira Marley Over Charges By The EFCC. 


The EFCC Is Prosecuting  Naira Marley On 11 Count Charges Bordering On Conspiracy And Fraud, Charges Him To Court.


Justice Nicholas Oweibo of the federal high court sitting in Ikoyi issued a production warrant against Nigeria singer, Azeez Fashola, popularly knows as Naira Marley   he us facing 11 count charges related to Conspiracy and credit card fraud brought forth by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission . 


During the hearing, the defendant cousel, Olalekan Ojo, SAN, explained that Naira Marley is not present due to his detention by the police for questioning regarding the murder of Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba also known as Mohbad, consequently, Ojo requested Adjournment. 

 

In the response, the prosecution counsel, Bilikisu Buhari, requested, the court to issue or production warrant to ensure naira Marley's presence at the next court date. Justice Oweibo granted this request and adjourned the trial to October 30 2023.
